Mr.PEP
PEP includes an agreement of objectives between the Appraisee and the Appraiser. It creates a useful record of how well the agreed objectives are being achieved throughout the year on a monthly basis.
PEP forms the basis for organization's pay-for-performance policy. The counselling phase of PEP provides an opportunity for the Appraisee and the Appraiser to discuss and record ways of improving performance and planning for the future.

The Balsarite with the highest PEP score for the month is accorded the honour of PEP Star. PEP Star for the month is recognized in a very special way, by an award in person from the Managing Director !

Five-Year Career Review
To supplement the Annual Appraisal, on completion of Five Years with the Balsara Group, the Appraiser, the Reporting Director and the Managing Director conduct a Five Year Career Review for the concerned Balsarite. This discussion is meant to understand their contribution to the organization and their plan for the future. This helps to build and focus their career and provide them with any assistance that may be required in making their aspirations come true.
 
Development Centers
The participants for the center are decided on the basis of performance and potential of candidates to shoulder higher responsibilities.

To make the participants go through various assessment tools to measure multiple    competencies.
To use multiple assessors, in measuring competencies, to reduce subjectivity.
To identify developmental needs of participants.
To provide feedback.
To develop action plans for development to speed track their career.
