On joining us, Balsarites go through a comprehensive induction program. It helps them understand our business and appreciate our business processes and practices. The Chairman and the Managing Director familiarize the new employees with our environment and values of the organization. Presentations by Departmental Heads provide an overview of their departments goals, structure, key processes, achievements and future plans.

A visit to the factory is organized to provide the information of our manufacturing and quality management processes to new employees .

Induction Presentation
After a couple of months of joining, new employees make a presentation to the senior management team on the understanding of their role, achievements till date and how they plan to contribute in future. This is to facilitate a smooth settling down in their jobs and provide any assistance, if required.
